Being employed makes you more marketable to recruiters. 3. Being employed can eliminate anxiety leading to a rushed decision. I know, its not ideal. You want to leave your job, boss, location, whatever it is Unless you are in a toxic work environment, I would urge you to wait it out. Job searching takes time.
